Im not gunna lie, I was VERY excited for today and was VERY hopeful for a different outcome. I am very, very sad about this horrible news.
On the flip side, maybe this means that summer won't be so hot this year.

hahaha...i ALWAYS used to watch this when we lived in utah...i would totally be glued to the tv...but now that we're in so cal it really doesn't matter.

I too was very sad when I heard this news. How come he always has to see his shadow?
Very sad! Though I think it's funny that we all somehow think this groundhog is accurate. Besides, shouldn't we have our own groundhog for our own city? Not just one in New York? I can't decide whether I want winter to stick around or for summer to hit next week!
Of course there will be another 6 weeks of winter. We are in the middle of a snow storm out here in the East.
