An extra seventy pounds (approximately)

Normally jared pulls the kids in the trailer. Today i decided I need the calories burned more than him, so I had him switch it to my bike. Oh my goodness, what a work out. An extra seventy pounds or so of a workout. I am thinking this may be a daily activity for us this summer! I may change my mind when I wake up with jello legs in the morning.

Great exercise, and I bet the kids love it, too. Hey, they can cheer you on! It beats running, right?
