kman assessed the situation. ''Yep its a broken tire. Ooo there's a lady bug.'' then he sat down and drew a broken tire on a piece of paper and said we need to send it to the police. Not sure why he thought that. He told me he was sorry this happened like ten times. Glad he was around to take it all in and make me feel a little better. Love this guy!
