I am sad to report that the flu in all its beautiful forms has graced our house this year. We have been so lucky to avoid it most years, but we were not lucky this year. All of us has had it in one form or the other. I had the cold/sinus crud and Jared had the stomach bug, and the kiddos have had both. YUCK!!!! This is what the doc told us to do for the sinus bug. Steam up the bathroom and hang out in there and breath. We got a little artsy while we did our steam therapy. It was a nice positive break from being sick.
